For the past seven years, I've struggled with autoimmune disease - without a diagnosis. It was a frustrating and isolating experience. All the pains and stiffness in my bones, muscles, and joints... the brain fog, the mood swings, the fatigue, the weight gain. I was tested for Lyme, every allergy you could possibly imagine, rheumatoid arthritis, and other things...multiple times. My blood work always came back normal and the doctors always told me I was "healthy". I felt lost and yearned for a holistic approach to healing. So I started following functional medicine practicioners and holistic healers online like Dr. Berg, Dr. Fung, and Dr. Pompa (just to name a few - but they are Rockstars). In their videos and books is where I gained knowledge, inspiration, and the power to change my own health outcome.

That's when I embarked on a life-changing journey of detoxification. I started by taking a deep dive into the world of toxins – the unseen culprits lurking in our everyday lives, from conventional farming to processed foods, cleaning products, and conventional beauty products. As I eliminated all these toxins from my environment and began taking organic supplements to support healthy organ systems, minimize Inflammation, and restore cellular function, I began to witness a remarkable shift in my health.

This experience opened my eyes to the transformative power of natural and organic ingredients. In addition to swapping out my conventional beauty products for organic and natural alternatives, I switched to organic free range meats & dairy, wild caught fish, and organic fruits and vegetables....and the results were incredible. My skin and hair took on a healthy glow, I had more energy, less pain, more clarity, and my overall well-being significantly improved.

Witnessing the positive impact of natural products on my own health fueled a passion to help others discover the same life-changing benefits. That's how this shop was born – a platform to share the power of organic and natural skincare, haircare, and makeup.
