We offer a full refund when the product is returned unused and a partial refund when the product is returned used and/or without its original packaging.

Please note that customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

All orders are shipped from the United States. Standard shipping times within the US is 3-5 business days. Shipping times to Europe can be 7 or more days depending on the country.
